• Full Time = 36 hours/week. Overtime after 40hrs/wk.

• (3) weekday 12-hour shifts

• This is a full-time riding position on an ALS unit

• Serves as the direct report for the Engineer

• Oversees vehicle maintenance, repairs, and rotation

• Assists with maintaining budget for each vehicle

• On-call supervisor responsibilities

• Assists in covering call outs when needed

• Oversees narcotic supply / usage / replenishment

• Conducts internal investigations regarding damage to BCRS vehicles and/or accident involving BCRS vehicles

• Responsible for new driver training

• Assists with building maintenance and upkeep

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Paramedic in good standing (PA state certification)

• ACLS / PALS/ PHTLS

• ICS 100, 200, 700, 800

• Ability to obtain PSP, FBI, and child abuse background checks
