Martin Liczbinski
Chief of Operations
Chief Liczbinski started at BCRS as a volunteer in 2003, where he attended EMT class. He received his EMT certification in 2004. In 2006, he became a career member. In 2008, Chief Liczbinski was deployed to New Orleans, LA to assist in Hurricane Gustav. In 2010, he was assigned to the Bucks County MIRT team & Bucks Co HazMat Swat team. Chief Liczbinski was promoted to Battalion Chief in 2015, and then in 2018 he was promoted to Chief of Operations.
Chief Liczbinski has been assigned to many VIP details including the RNC, President Biden, President Trump, and the Pope.
Today, Chief Liczbinski holds many FEMA, DOH, and Instructor certifications. He is still an active member of Bucks County MIRT, Bucks County South Central SWAT, and Bucks County Special Operations as a Rescue Diver.
